In late 2020, to beat the COVID blues, we created the COVID Winter Cocktail Club. The plan: make a cocktail every month, bottle it for friends to pick up and host a (virtual) gathering. We planned for 6 months, which would get us through April 2021. It was supposed to be pretty basic, but I just can’t help myself. We had a blog, logo, and coordinated bottles before Joshua made the first cocktail.

As we approach the last cocktail of this little club, we’ve decided that we’d like to keep this going. So, we find ourselves here - bitter forward. If you like cocktails and twisty windy stories about cocktails, you are in the right place.
